‘Fiat’ by Jeanne Dueber SL

Jeanne Dueber’s sister and brother-in-law, Joanne and Dr. William M. Fogarty Jr., have honored Jeanne by casting her sculpture Fiat in bronze and giving it to the Webster Groves, Mo., art commission. This is its first bronze casting. The Fiat in the Motherhouse courtyard is made of aluminum. The bronze sculpture will be placed in the city’s sculpture garden at Kirkham Road and Gore Avenue this fall. Look for details on the ribbon cutting in a future issue of Interchange.
