Loretto Motherhouse To Host Marion County Judge/Executive Candidates Forum April 11

The Loretto Motherhouse will host a public forum for candidates running for Marion County Judge/Executive from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 11, in the Conference Room of the Motherhouse Academy Building, 430 Academy Lane, Nerinx, Ky. All are welcome.

The forum is the fourth session of the Loretto Motherhouse Peace Committee’s “Countdown to 2026 Series,” which invites candidates for upcoming elections to share their perspectives with local residents.

All three candidates for Marion County Judge/Executive — David Daugherty, Walter Livers Jr. and Joe Strong – have confirmed their participation.

“We’re grateful to offer a space where the public can hear directly from those seeking to lead,” said Loretto Co-member Joyce Minkler of the Loretto Motherhouse Peace Committee. “Opportunities like this help strengthen civic understanding and encourage thoughtful engagement.”
