Sisters Speak Out Echo Event in Marion County, Kentucky

Come join the Loretto Community and other Sisters of rural Kentucky on Saturday, July 12, 2-3pm ET, for an echo event of the national Sisters Speak Out in Washington, D.C. to call for just immigration and economic policies.

Actions by our U.S. Government during this year have affected all of us in negative ways. Among these actions have been ending USAID, dismantling of public institutions and environmental protections, mass deporting of immigrants, abducting international students, and discontinuing programs beneficial to farmers, workers and students.

Join the Loretto Community and other Sisters of rural Kentucky on Saturday, July 12

• in praying for all political leaders to enact just policies,
• in listening to people/communities affected by unjust policies,
• in standing in solidarity and speaking out for just, peaceful solutions.
