Skilled Nursing Facility

• The nursing facility consists of 55 resident beds with 6 beds dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. Each room is equipped with cable TV, WiFi, and phone.
• Nursing services are provided by licensed nurse aides and nurses. Services include: bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, medication management, nutrition, skin care, wound care or observation of a medical diagnosis.
• Our palliative care program is available to promote comfort care at end of life.
• Living Center activities are ongoing with scheduled events group events and individual visits. golf cart rides, outdoor events, and pet visits are offered. The Activity Room may be reserved for resident family events.
• Meals are overseen by a dietician and selective menus are utilized. Residents may have their meals in their rooms or in a dining room setting.

Personal Care

The Personal Care unit consists of 7 rooms, each with a bathroom. Staff are available as needed and are responsible for nursing services, medication management, physician visits, and housekeeping and laundry services.

Independent Living

The Mariella Apartments consists of 12 independent senior living units, with both suites and studios available. Each unit has a handicap accessible bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Rent includes utilities, use of laundry, cable TV, phone, and WiFi at no additional charge. Monthly meal plans are available in the dining room.

Residents will have access to the Motherhouse campus and community events including events in the Church. Common rooms include a TV lounge room, gathering space, public restroom, kitchen with dining table, and laundry room. More details available on this page.
