LACC invites you to join the next “Immigration Spotlight” on October 28, 2022, to hear from Dora Rodriguez, Director of La Casa de la Esperanza. Dora is on the “retiro” (retreat) with the volunteer women from Sasabe, Sonora, Mexico who have been working with migrants since the opening of La Casa in 2020. Bob Kee will also join to provide border updates. Loretto Link sponsored the retreat.
The Latin America Caribbean Committee’s Immigration Spotlight is a bi-monthly opportunity to explore emerging issues and challenges regarding immigration, featuring people working for immigration justice.
