This past July 6, Maria Daniel, Kathy Wright, Barbara Nicholas, Kathleen Corbett, Jane German and Buffy Boesen met with WaterStep in Louisville. WaterStep developed the water filtration system that the Pakistani Doctors’ Association donated to the Sisters of Loretto in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Unfortunately, our sisters had to leave the system at St. Albert’s when they moved to Lahore, Pakistan.

After a bit of research, we were able to contact WaterStep. The developer demonstrated to the group how the system worked. Maria already knew all of the details. Loretto Academy had raised money and wanted to purchase a system for the sisters, students and families near the school. WaterStep was so pleased with the work that is being done by Maria, Samina Iqbal and Nasreen Daniel that the company donated an additional system.
