Assistant NGO Representative to the UN: Jax Viteznik, Loretto Volunteer

Jax Viteznik comes from the green and rainy city of Portland, Ore., where her family and beloved dog Monty still lives. Jax attended the St. Mary’s Academy of the Holy Name Sisters in Portland, where her passion for social justice for gender equity and climate change ignited. Jax graduated from Gonzaga University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts, honors in English and international relations, where she was also a member of the Honors Program, Mock Trial, the Literary and Arts Magazine, and served as Outreach Chair for the Students Empowering Women club.
Jax currently serves in her community in Denver, where she loves the city and accessibility to the outdoors. She hopes to continue to pursue a life dedicated to service for others in the international relations field.
