Loretto Link Members Help Carry Forward Mission, Spirit of Loretto

Loretto Link is one of the newest organizations in Loretto. Its mission is “to carry forward the mission and spirit of Loretto in spiritual community with equal participation and voice to all who chose to belong.” Loretto Link members are often asked, ‘What does Link stand for?’ Surprisingly, Link is not an acronym! Link members see themselves as the link between Loretto’s past, present and its future.
Loretto Link is grounded in the principles of subsidiarity and democratic member participation. The organization carries out its mission through member-formed working groups. It meets annually to review the well-being and growth of the organization, and holds less formal gatherings throughout the year. Loretto Link welcomes inquiries from persons who know of the Loretto Community or come to know of Loretto Link and wish to explore belonging to a community that combines spirituality and social justice.
