Loretto & Nerinx: In Good Company

Sixty people — members of the Loretto Community, Nerinx Hall faculty, students and board members — gathered in the Loretto Chapel for a prayer service April 24.

Pearl McGivney welcomed everyone, speaking words of gratitude for the decades of excellent Loretto education at Nerinx. Several Nerinx students presented the Loretto Community with a giant card of thanks.

Nerinx President John Gabriel lit the candles of several Nerinx staff members nearby as Mary Louise Denny began a litany of hope for the future of Nerinx.

Declared Mary Louise, “Let us hand over to God the feelings deep within us as we participate in the creative activity of God at Nerinx Hall. May our school be a place of learning for all who come here to teach and to learn.”
