Loretto Motherhouse To Host Marion County Jailer Candidates Forum Feb. 28

The Loretto Motherhouse will host a public forum for candidates running for Marion County Jailer from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, in the Conference Room of the Motherhouse Academy Building, 430 Academy Lane, Nerinx, Ky. All are welcome.

The forum is part of the Loretto Motherhouse Peace Committee’s “Countdown to 2026 Series,” which invites candidates for upcoming elections to share their perspectives with local residents.

All three candidates for Marion County Jailer — Tony Furmon, Adam Bradley Gordon and Tina Wright Huntsberger – have confirmed their participation.

“Our goal is simply to create space for informed, civil conversation,” said Loretto Co-member Joyce Minkler of the Loretto Peace Committee. “We believe communities are stronger when people can hear directly from those seeking to serve.”
