Executive Director – Loretto Community
Posted on July 17, 2023, by Loretto Community
The Sisters of Loretto, a Roman Catholic congregation, are looking for an experienced non-profit manager and leader to serve as Executive Director for the Loretto Community.
Our next Executive Director will help us pave the way for our community’s future while guiding our staff and supporting our board through various strategic initiatives. The Executive Director leads our staff to accomplish the work needed to support the Community and guides and supports our board in setting policy and making important strategic decisions. The Executive Director is accountable for the implementation of the board’s planning and other decisions and oversees all staff-supported operations of the Loretto Community, including administrative support, finance, communications, technology, facilities, land use, museum and archives, public advocacy, and community support. We offer the opportunity for someone who wants to join with the Loretto Community in its mission of working for justice and acting for peace because the Gospel urges us (words taken from the Constitutions of the Sisters of Loretto, Article #36) by offering strong management, leadership, and a guiding hand to our organization as it moves through an important time of transition.
