The Cedars of Peace hermitages are located in a wooded area of the property about 1/2-mile from the main Motherhouse buildings.  View a map of the property.

Eight cabins are available for individuals seeking a place of deeper quiet and solitude. The length of stay varies. Most come for a weekend or a week while others come for several weeks or months.

Each cabin is comparable to a small studio apartment and is equipped with a refrigerator, countertop burner or stove, microwave, toaster oven, and cooking utensils. Linens are provided. All the cabins have electric heat and air conditioning.  Screened-in porches and large windows make God’s Spirit in nature readily accessible.

Those staying at Cedars bring and prepare their own food. The cost is $55 per night* or $600 per month (for retreats 4 weeks or longer).

*The cost for 2 individuals in the Joy cabin is $110 per night.
