Fees:

2-7 nights – $60/night*
8-13 nights – $50/night
14-18 nights – $40/night
19+ nights – $650/month

*The fee is $120 per night for 2 in the Joy or Beauty cabin.

Reservation Process

1. Consult the availability calendar* below for possible dates. Keep in mind that you need to both arrive and leave on a day when there is a white box and that there is a two-night minimum stay.
2. Fill out the inquiry form below to send your preferred dates to Susan, Cedars of Peace Coordinator. From there, we will work with you in regard to cabin availability. It’s helpful for Susan to know any specific requests regarding cabin preferences and she will do her best to accommodate them.
3. Once your dates are set, Susan will send you a form to confirm your reservation.
4. Fill out and submit the reservation form.
5. Pay AFTER your reservation is confirmed. You can leave cash or check in your cabin at the end of your retreat or pay online either before or after, whatever is best for you. 

*The calendar is only intended to communicate whether or not there is available space in any cabin.  We appreciate knowing which cabins you prefer and do our best to honor your requests when we are able, but cannot guarantee placement in a particular cabin.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not require a deposit, once your reservation is complete, Cedars of Peace agrees to hold a cabin for you with the understanding that you are agreeing to accept financial responsibility if you need to cancel with less than two weeks’ notice for short retreats or one month notice for retreats of one month or more.
